Magnesium Sulphate (aka Epsom salts) relaxes muscles, relieves pain and reduces inflammation. Excess cortisol or lack of sleep can drain your magnesium supplies. Low magnesium can lead to poor detoxification ability, constipation, PMS, ADHD.
Add 1 cup to your bath, submerge yourself for 20 minutes so that the magnesium sulphate can absorb through the skin. This salt has the added benefit of cleansing your energy field.
