Other Ingredients: Brown Rice Flour, Magnesium stearate, Silicon Dioxide
Directions

Adults and children over 12 years:
Take 2 capsules per day for the first 30 days.
Thereafter, take 1 to 2 capsules per day as needed or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Warning

Hypersensitivity to Ashwagandha or any other components of the formulation.
Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Consult with a healthcare provider before concomitant use with Immunosuppressants, Central Nervous System depressants, antidiabetic and thyroid medication
